The regional Europe+Asia Event Forum South (EFEA South), one of the key events in Russian meeting industry, will take place from 9 to 10 October 2013 in Rostov-on-Don within the XIII Business Forum on Don. The event is organized by the R&C Market Research Company and Agency for tourism development in the Rostov region.
Europe+Asia Event Forum emerged to be a convenient communications site for the events industry professionals from Russian regions and foreign countries, that provides an opportunity to establish international relations, share experience and innovations, attract investment and expand business networking in the Russian and global event industry market.
The main goal of the EFEA South in Rostov-on-Don is to create an alternative site for more effective regional cooperation and to accentuate the significance of Rostov as a business capital in the South of Russia. The event also aims at presenting the meeting industry as an important tool of region development and investments attraction.
The Forum program will include:
- Plenary Session and Panel discussions, where participants will discuss changes taking place in every sector of the meetings industry
- Round tables on the following topics: Destination Marketing, Exhibition industry, Meetings industry, Business tourism
- Russian World Trade Centers’ Session
- Session of the RF CCI Committee for Economic Integration of SCO and CIS Countries
- Regional round of the contest for young professionals EVENT TALENTS
- Matchmaking Center providing opportunities for individual meetings
Participation in the Europe+Asia Event Forum South will give an access to the up-to-date information about the congress and exhibition industry perspectives in the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation, will provide a great opportunity for presenting own plans and interests and establishing new partnerships.
