St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) took place in St. Petersburg on 22-24 May. It is one of the largest international forums on economic and social issues. Once a year world leaders come to the Northern capital of Russia to discuss the most pressing and actual topics.
This year the main Forum theme becomes the world economy and the perspectives of its development. During three days of active work event participants discussed economic and political global and local development and made many strategic agreements in different fields of economy and business. More than 6.5 thousand guests took part in SPIEF.
