R&C Market Research Company launched contest for young professionals of meeting industry – EVENT TALENTS – that will be held on 25th January 2013 in WTC St. Petersburg (“PetroCongress” Congress Centre). The competition organized in PechaKucha format will be the final event of Europe+Asia Event Forum (EFEA).
The main idea of the competition is to give young professionals an opportunity to express their view on the meeting industry future. The participants will present their opinions about potential development of the event industry, its strategies and further changes in the market.
The contest organizers are convinced that the young generation can significantly change the meetings industry by introducing the innovative approaches.
Participants will perform the presentation on “The Future of the meeting industry in Russia up to 2020,” in PechaKucha format to the jury, EFEA participants and guests.
PechaKucha is a modern presentation format, which popularity is constantly growing. Speakers present 20 slides, 20 seconds for each. Thus, any presentation in PechaKucha format lasts 6 minutes and 40 seconds and requires brevity, conciseness and capacity of thought from the speakers. After the presentation, the audience asks questions that are not time-limited.
The award ceremony will take place right after the presentations.
