Business programme of the final day of Europe+Asia Event Forum opened with a ceremony of signing the Agreement on cooperation between representatives of RESTEC® Group and Expoforum-International OOO. The ceremony by attended on the part of RESTEC® Group by Managing Director of RESTEC EVENTS Tatyana Golubeva, while Expoforum-International OOO was represented by the General Director Sergey Voronkov.
 
 
As Sergey Trofimov, President of RESTEC® Group noted in his welcoming speech, this autumn, the new exhibition and convention centre will open its doors for participants of the first events - the Energy Forum and the Gas Forum.  'It is in the field of energy that we plan to establish cooperation between the two companies in order to strengthen the region's role in the industry, and improve the investment climate of the Northwestern Federal District,' he stressed.
 
 
Dignity to the signing ceremony was added by the presence Sergey Zimin, Deputy Plenipotentiary Envoy of the RF President to the Northwestern Federal District, who congratulated the audience on opening of the new edition of Europe+Asia Event Forum and expressed his hope for the Forum to become the largest industry event in the region to be held every year. 'The economy needs innovative businesses and young professionals. Hopefully, we will use the expertise of participants in such events to promote our region, and make it more attractive for investors,' the Deputy Plenipotentiary Envoy said. On behalf of Plenipotentiary Envoy of the RF President to the Northwestern Federal District Vladimir Bulavin, Sergey Zimin also wished the Forum participants fruitful work at the current and future Forum editions.
 
 
In his response, President of RESTEC® Group Sergey Trofimov thanked Sergey Zimin for his participation in the event and, together with a full audience, greeted him a happy birthday officially, wishing him continued success in his professional activities and collaborative work towards the improvement of the image of St. Petersburg and the Northwestern Federal District.
