The exhibition was initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in accordance with the order of the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev "On the Year of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Spain and the Year of Spain in the Russian Federation" and became one of the most important events in the framework of the Year of Russia in Spain.
There was an exposition of the most prospective Russian technologies and innovations aimed to widen the cooperation between Russia and Spain.
